Wednesday, December 2 · Arrival / The Desert
Land. Met on arrival, luggage handled, private transfer to the hotel. Reset hour.
Night: private desert camp — dune run at sunset, fire, dinner under the stars. The group’s first night.

Thursday, December 3 · The Water
Late morning at the beach club — the group holds a section on the water.
Afternoon: private yacht out of the marina — swim stop, sound system, golden hour as the circuit lights come on across the harbor.
Night: first private dinner, then the marina.

Friday, December 4 · Practice Day / Marina Night
Trackside over the practice sessions.
Evening: race-week energy at Yas Marina — table on the water, yachts stacked against the circuit. After-race concert at Etihad Park.

Saturday, December 5 · Qualifying / The Big Night
Qualifying from premium seats — grid positions decided.
Night: Imagine Dragons at the after-race concert, then the afterparty everyone flies in for. Table secured. This is the night the camera rolls remember.

Sunday, December 6 · The Finale
Convoy to the gates. The season decided under lights. Champagne at the flag.
Closing night: the biggest party weekend on the F1 calendar, final table, send-off dinner.

Saadiyat beach morning — white sand, slow. Private transfers out whenever your flight calls.
